Success Stories & Earnings Disclaimer The advertised results, testimonials, or success stories shared on this website, social channels, or coaching calls represent individual, non-typical experiences. Success requires dedication, active application, and consistent effort. Upshift 247 makes no guarantees regarding financial growth, business revenue, physical body transformations, or relationship outcomes. Your results depend entirely on your individual effort, baseline application, and unique circumstances.

Intellectual Property & Proprietary Frameworks The content, features, and functionality of this site—including but not limited to The Tree Technique™, The Bubble Technique™, The Room of Solutions™, Challenge to Change™, Be Do Have frameworks, videos, audio recordings, and worksheets—are the exclusive intellectual property of Tammy Foster and Upshift 247™. 6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any material that:

Advocates illegal activity or discusses intent to commit illegal acts.

Is vulgar, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, or abusive.

Infringes upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right of any entity.

Solicits funds, promotes commercial endeavors, or operates pyramid schemes.

Contains computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or malicious code.

Upshift 247 reserves the right to monitor compliance and terminate access for any user violating these standards without notice.

7. Community & Group Coaching Confidentiality You agree that all personal disclosures, experiences, and business information shared by other members during live group calls or inside the private Upshift 247™ community (e.g., Skool) are strictly confidential. Screenshotting, recording, or sharing member disclosures outside the private sanctuary is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination without refund.

Upshift 247 has not reviewed all linked sites, is not responsible for their content, and does not endorse any products or services offered therein. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

In no event will the collective liability of Upshift 247 to any party exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you to Upshift 247 for the applicable product or service in the preceding twelve (12) month period.
